Project Manager

In January 2017, Kevin joined Performance Construction, bringing over 30 years of experience in cabinet making and installation. During his career, he has taken on diverse roles, from framing and cabinet making to installation and operations management. Currently, Kevin works closely with clients, assisting them in the design and estimation of their projects.

When not meeting with customers, Kevin can often be found pursuing his hobbies of fishing and hunting at his cabin up north

Construction Manager

Raised in a family steeped in construction, Jason's destiny was clear from an early age - to work in the building industry.

In 2015, he quickly became an indispensable team member, adeptly taking on crucial operational roles.
A driven and energetic individual, Jason balances his passion for fitness with quality time with family and in the great outdoors when he's not on a job site.

Office Manager

Since joining Performance Construction in early 2022, Michelle has focused on managing the company's day-to-day bookkeeping. In her role, she handles a variety of administrative duties, including HR, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Outside of work, Michelle is an active member of the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador. She also regularly volunteers with community events in both Prior Lake and her hometown.
